About the Role:
We are seeking a creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers through high-touch
networking, lead conversion, and market research. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our premium programs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire lead conversion process: identify customer needs, develop tailored proposals, and produce winning solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and boost company growth.

  • Develop innovative business strategies and spearhead sales activities to generate premium program leads.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates through professional and empathetic communication.

  • Conduct customer calls for conversion, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer retention.

  • Proactively address and resolve challenges with precision and strategic problem-solving.

  • Track and assess competitive market trends to refine offerings and stay ahead of industry developments.

  • Provide administrative support and ensure smooth communication to streamline the sales process.

  • Maintain an organized database to optimize lead management and data accuracy.

  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Marketing team to align on campaigns and lead-generation strategies.

Who You Are:

  • A dynamic professional with expertise in travel and tourism or a related qualification from a recognized institution.

  • Proven skills in tourism or travel sales strategies, with a preference for those passionate about motorcycle tourism.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and the ability to communicate in Hindi is preferred.

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to CRM tools and communication platforms like WATI, WhatsApp Business, or similar systems.

  • Passionate about adventure tourism and eager to explore our growing portfolio of premium ride destinations.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with basic digital systems and technical tools.
