It's ironical, how my obsession for music (specially as a guitar player/composer) and riding a motorcycle grew together parallely. I would love to share this with each one of you that the first motorcycle gifted to me was the IND SUZUKI AX100, by my parents when I turned 18. This was the same year I had started out with my guitar lessons (of course way too late considering today's standards) and I used to go riding for the guitar lessons on my brand new motorcycle all the way from Parel to Santacruz and Bandra (Mumbai, India). Today, I am fortunate to have converted both my passion into my profession opting always for,
'The Road Less Traveled'!
Every thump of my motorcycle inspires me to compose my next song, and I love to explore my riding and my music without any boundaries attached.
Well, I have been riding since the very early 80's. I started off on a Hero Majestic Moped, TVS 50, thanks to my cousins in Mysore, then graduating to a 3 gear Bajaj M50 Scooter, Bajaj Super, Vespa, Lambretta, thereafter the mighty Rajdooth 650 as well. But today I can confidently say I am an ardent fan of the Royal Enfield. More of an old school guy though and I yet prefer the earlier engines, with all my due respect to the new advanced engines that keep multiplying to suit the modern lifestyle and the pace of our lives of course.
Having said that, my objectives and my desire is always to ride with a meaning rather than a destination maybe ??? So following are few words that are music to my ears and make me ride relentlessly attracting me like a magnet.
And they are...Wildlife, Nature, Natural Resources, Organic Lifestyle, Villages, Tribes, Geographical Abundance, Environment Preservation a way of organic lifestyle with responsible riding etc.... Learning to learn and unlearn and sharing the [vibes] with like minded riders is something I eagerly look forward to. Let's connect and make our rides meaningful to our lives. Even if it requires to make few changes for a long lasting and result oriented healthier lifestyle ahead.
Let's ride together and make a change for better years ahead!
Godspeed and stay safe with your families!
